Thyme Essential Oil is an essential oil derived from thyme (Thyme, scientific name: Thymus vulgaris), which has a variety of potential health benefits, mainly due to its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and other active ingredients (such as thymol, carvacenol, etc.). The following are its common curative effects and uses:
1. Antibacterial and anti-infection
